The Faculty of
Business Administration announced the winners of the “Entrepreneurship Student
Competition 2015†during an awards ceremony held at UA’s main campus in
Hadat-Baabda.
Apart from students, were present the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Business,
H.E.Mr. Damianos Kattar, Dean and Vice-President for Quality and Accreditation,
Dr. Georges Nehmé, Mr. Ramy Bou Jawdeh, Deputy General Manager at Berytech, Mr.
Bassel Aoun, iSME Program Manager at Kafalat, and Mr. Ralph Stephan,
Energy and Technology Officer at Kafalat
Focusing on the development of entrepreneurial
talents and capacity building, this competition was organized to encourage the
students to form a team, create a business plan and develop it. Participating
teams presented great ideas and well-developed business plans to a panel of
judges from Berytech and Kafalat.
